Order Processing

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days unless otherwise noted.

During seasonal releases or market weekends, processing times may extend slightly.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

Orders are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail, depending on weight and destination.

Shipping Rates

• 1 item → $5

• 2–4 items → $7

• 5+ items → $10 flat rate

• Orders $50+ ship free within the U.S.

Tracking information is provided with every shipment.

Hilltop Botanicals is not responsible for carrier delays once a package has been transferred to USPS.

Farmers Market Pickup

Seasonally available at:

Owensboro, Kentucky

Market pickup is free.

To select pickup:

• Place your order by Thursday at 12:00 AM prior to market weekend

• Choose “Market Pickup” at checkout

• Collect your order at the Hilltop Botanicals booth during market hours

Orders not picked up during the scheduled market must be rescheduled or shipped at the customer’s expense.

International Shipping

We ship to select international destinations.

International delivery times vary by location and customs processing.

• Hilltop Botanicals is not responsible for delays, holds, or denied entry due to customs regulations.

• Certain products may be restricted in some countries.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photographs of the item and packaging.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.

Local Delivery

Hilltop Botanicals does not operate a retail storefront.

Local delivery may be offered seasonally at our discretion and will appear as an option at checkout when available.
